Potato Soup

Ingredients

    6 slices turkey deli meat, sliced into thin strips
    1 T olive oil
    5 potatos, diced
    1 c water
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 T butter
    1/4 t dill
    1/2 t thyme
    1/2 t pepper
    1 t salt
    1 T Worcestershire sauce
    3 c milk
    3 T flour
    1 1/2 c cheddar cheese

Directions

Fry turkey in olive oil; remove from pan. Combine potatoes, water, bouillon, butter, and spices in pan and simmer 15 minutes. Combine milk and flour; add to pan and simmer another 15 minutes. Mash slightly. Serve with fried turkey and cheese.
