1 bag broccoli slaw 3 stalks bok choy, greens chopped, and the white stalk sliced thin 1 bunch green onions 1 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce 1 tbsp hoisin sauce 1 Tbsp rice vinegar 2 Tbsp sesame oil 4 large eggs scrambled
Heat 1 Tbspoil and scramble egg. Set aside. Add 1 tbsp oil and add vegetables and 1/2 of green onions..stir fry 3-5 minutes. Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and rice vinegar and egg. Mix and heat through. Add remainder of green onion.
