    1 pound ground beef 93% lean
    1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
    1/3 cup ground flaxseed
    1/3 cup plain breadcrumbs
    2 eggs
    2T balsamic vinegar
    1t garlic powder

Directions

mix everything
form into golf-sized balls
bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees

makes approximately 14 meatballs
