Yummy Sugar Free Chocolate Cake

Introduction

I made this cake recipe I made up after I found out I was diabetic. I have to have something sweet. It is not truly sugar free but only has 0.8g of sugar per serving. I made this cake recipe I made up after I found out I was diabetic. I have to have something sweet. It is not truly sugar free but only has 0.8g of sugar per serving.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 Cup Flour
    6 Tbsp unsweetened Cocoa Powder
    2 tsp Kosher Salt
    2 Large Eggs
    1/4 Cup canola oil
    1 Cup Skim Milk
    1/4 Cup Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder

Directions

Mix Dry ingredients in mixing bowl Make a well and mix in wet ingredients. Pour into 11X11 cake pan and bake at 375F for 15 to 30 minutes. I like my cake a little less moist so I left it for 30 minutes but it was read to be a super moist cake at 15.

Top as desired or just enjoy plain. Makes 16 servings.
