Light Beer, 12 fl oz
Chicken Breast, no skin, 3/4 pound
Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
Shedd's Spread Country Crock Light (Soft), 1 Tbsp,
Parmesan Cheese, grated, 0.5 cup
Add butter to skillet, cook mushrooms; set aside.
Cook chicken in skillet.
Once cooked, add mushrooms and 1/2 beer. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
Cover with parmesan cheese.
