Introduction

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 8 oz
    Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added, 1.5 cup
    *Cumin seed, 1 tsp
    Oregano, ground, 1 tsp
    Chili powder, 1 tsp
    *Goya Dark Red Kidney Beans, 1.5 cup (remove)

Directions

Brown the ground turkey in a deep skillet.
Add the can of low-sodium kidney beans.
Add the can of no salt added diced tomatoes.
Add the spices and stir.
Simmer with a lid on it , stirring occaisionally, until the tomatoes have softened and the flavors have blended well.
Serve over brown rice, or cook the liquid out and stuff it in tortillas.
Makes 3-4 1 cup servings.
