Introduction

makes 7 main dish servings of 1 cup each makes 7 main dish servings of 1 cup each

Ingredients

    1 16 oz pkg frozen corn
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can garbanzo beans
    1 can black beans
    1 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
    1 c. finely chopped sweet onion
    1 medium red pepper, diced
    10 Tbl. Kraft fat free honey dijon dressing
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Thaw corn. Drain and rinse all the beans.
Add remaining ingredients and enjoy!
