1# lean ground beef
2 cans fat free, low sodium chicken broth
1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
2 12z bags of Rainbow Slaw
Stir in kidney beans and chicken broth.
Bring to a boil and let simmer for 30 mins.
Add Rainbow Slaw, cook to desired consistency and serve.
Makes 4 large servings, but could easily be split into 8 smaller servings.
