New Mexican Pinto Beans

Ingredients

1 bag dried pinto beans.
2 cups corn kernels
1/4 cup tomato paste (or to taste)
2 cloves garlic, pressed (or to taste)
1 tsp liquid smoke (or to taste)
1 tsp onion powder (or to taste)
1 tsp ground cumin (or to taste)
Directions
Soak beans over night.
Place beans in pressure cooker. Add enough water to cover beans by 1 inch.
Add the remaining ingredients. Cook on High pressure for 12 minutes. Release steam using quick release method.
Enjoy your beans
Serving size = 1/2 cup

I hope you enjoy it as much as we do. We make a pot of these every week. While they are cooking, my son will come into the kitchen sniffing the air and saying "something smells like beans, yum".
