Ingredients

    16 oz pkg crab classic
    5 cloves garlic, pressed
    1 cup water
    1 boullion cube
    1/2 lemon or lim, juiced
    1/4 cup cooking wine
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 scallion, chopped

Directions

saute garlic in olive oil. add seafood and sautee. add bouillion cube and water already prepared. add lemon juice and wine. cook about five minutes. garnish with chopped scallion. serve with whole wheat spaghetti or brown rice for extra nutrition.
