Tea Biscuits

Ingredients

    2 cups flour, 1/4 cup butter, 4 tsp. baking powder,
    1 tsp. salt, 1 cup 1% milk

Directions

Mix flour, salt & baking powder, cut in butter until crumbly. Make a well in the centre and pour in milk, stir until just mixed. Put out onto floured board and knead 8 - 10 times. Roll or pat out to 1/2 inch thickness and cut into ten rounds. Bake in 450 oven for 12-15 minutes.
