You can use about any kind of fish for this recipe. I used Talapea fish instead of haddock but they didn't have Talapea fish of this chart. You can use about any kind of fish for this recipe. Ingredients

4oz. Talapea Fish
4oz. Salmon
1 Lg. Baking Potato
1/4 cup onion
1/2 can Evaporated Milk
2Tbsp Butter
Directions
Peel and dice potato, dice onions, add fish if its felets (if it is bigger fish cook and add after potato are cooked, if you do this use the water to cook your potato in it will give it more flavor).
When the potato and onions are cooked add canned milk and butter, when the butter is melted it is ready to serve. Don't forget the biscuits.
