Mock beef stroganoff

Introduction

My best friend made this for me a lot in college. It became one of my favorite dishes. And it's easy. My best friend made this for me a lot in college. It became one of my favorite dishes. And it's easy.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb ground.beef cooked and drained
    1 cup light sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 medium onion
    1 sm. jar or can mushrooms drained (optional)
    Salt & Pepper to taste
    egg noodles - cooked and drained

Directions

Brown and drain ground beef. Return to skillet and add onions. When onions are soft add both cans of soup. Mix well and add mushrooms. 5 minutes before serving stir in sour cream. Serve atop egg noodles.
Makes 6 1 cup servings
