This is a recipe that I found in an old recipe book. It's my daughter's favorite. This is a recipe that I found in an old recipe book. It's my daughter's favorite.Number of Servings: 6
Ingredients

1lb Lean ground beef
6 med potatoes peeled and sliced
1 small onion chopped
1 can corn
1 can tomato soup with 1/2 can water
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Fry ground beef with onion and drain off any fat. In a casserole dish (sprayed with Pam) evenly spread out potato slices adding a little salt and pepper if desired. Evenly spread cooked ground beef on the potatoes and corn on top of the beef. Mix tomato soup with 1/2 can of water and pour over all other ingredients. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until potatoes are tender. (up to an hour depending on thickness of potatoes).
