Turkey Meatloaf

Introduction

Lower cholestrol Lower cholestrol
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 1/2 lbs, Ground lean Turkey
    1 1/2 cups Oatmeal dry
    1/2 cup egg substitute
    1/2 cup fat free milk
    1 pkg. Meatloaf seasoning mix

Directions

Mix all ingredients together,
Spray Loaf pan with Pam, put in loaf pan,
bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 1 hour.
Internal temp of meat should be 170 f.
