place meat, onion,carrots,and potatoes in pot and put water in just enough put on and add S&P with 1-2 bay leaves, cook unitl veggies are fork tender. then in a skillet place 3 tbsp butter, melt then put 3 tbsp of flour to make the gravy part. put in the pot with meat and veggie and let simmer unitl slightly thick. can serve with corn bread or muffins, 160 calories. and 3pts on WW
