    Carrots, raw, 3/4 lbs
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
    Onions, raw, 1 large
    Beans, red kidney, 15 oz can
    Crushed Tomatoes, 28 oz can
    Chicken Broth, 3 cup (8 fl oz)
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 breast, bone and skin removed
    s&p
    2 palm fulls jerk seasoning

Directions

put all ingredients in slow cooker.
cook 6 hours on low.
