Chicken with Basil Cream Sauce

Ingredients

1/4 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp fresh basil, or 3/4 tsp dry)
1/8 tsp bl;ck pepper
1/8 tsp salt
2 tbsp Brummel and Brown yogurt spread (or butter/margarine, but you'll need to change the ingredient for calories), melted
1 1/4 pound chicken (either four breasts or 8 tenders)
2/3 reduced fat milk (used 1%)
2 tsp flour
3/4 tsp Instant chicken bouillon granules
Directions
Makes 4 servings.
Oven Temp = 400 degrees
1. In a bowl, stir crumbs 2 tsp of the basil
(crushed or chopped finely), pepper, salt, paprika, and add the melted butter. Toss to coat.
2. Arrange chicken in e rectangular baking dish. Sprinkle with the bread crumb mixture and press into chicken to form coating. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until done.
3. Meanwhile, in a small sauce pan, stir together the milk, flour, remaining basil, cook and stir until thick and bubbly. Serve over chicken.
