My Meatloaf

Ingredients

    1 Pound Buffalo ground meat
    1 pound ground turkey(93%)
    1/2C oatmeal
    1/2c panko bread crumbs
    2 medium eggs
    1 onion, finely chopped
    8 oz can tomato sauce
    2 c spinach( frozen, thawed)
    1c barbeque sauce

Directions

Put the ibgredients into a bowl. Use your hands to mix and mash everything together. Continue until all of the ingredients are evenly distributed. Press this mixture into a 13x9-inch pan. Pack it tightly and smoothing it down so it's pretty on top. Bake at 400 ° for at least half an hour.

Pour barbeque sauce over top and return to oven for about another 10 minutes. Remove the meatloaf and allow to rest for a few minutes to firm up.
