Edamame, frozen, prepared, 1 Cup
6 Hardboiled Eggs, Yolks removed
6 mint leaves
Water to desired consistency
Salt to taste
Remove and discard yolks. Add edamame,salt and mint leaves and 2 Tbsp. water to food processor and pulse to desired consistency. More water may be needed. Spoon into egg white halves. One serving is 2 halves.
