Coconut cinnamon flavored protein pancakes

Introduction

Ingredients

    4 egg whites

    1/2 cup dry old fashioned Quaker oatmeal or oatmeal flour

    2 packets of Splenda

    2 teaspoons Coconut extract

    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

    butter flavored spray

Directions

First ground the oatmeal into a flour like substance in a blender. Next add the egg whites and the remaining ingredients. Spray a griddle with butter flavored spray and add pancake mix to make any size pancakes. You will be surprised with how many pancakes you can make and have all in one sitting!

*Optional: Add sugar free syrup or some natural fruit for added flavor.
