Introduction

Just a yummy way to have a meal. It's so delicious! Just so I can easily fit it in my nutritional chart. Right amount of natural fats for the day. Two servings is possible. Just a yummy way to have a meal. It's so delicious! Just so I can easily fit it in my nutritional chart. Right amount of natural fats for the day. Two servings is possible.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 cup of chopped avocados
    .5 cups of cherry tomatoes
    .25 cup of bertolli tomato and basil sauce
    .5 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive oil
    .25 cups of green bell peppers

    1 tbsp oregano (any form)

Directions

There is not reall cooking involved but it depends on what you have to work with.

Chop and dice everything up exactly the amount on the ingredients list and put it in a blender or magic bullet.

If using a blender you have to make sure to hit the button for a few seconds, then open and stir thicker portions to the button. Do this until all bigger pieces turn into tiny crushed pieces.

Or keep going until satisfied. :)
