Introduction

At only 133 calories a slice, how can you go wrong. I love this recipe and its great on salads, snack or in a meal of its own. At only 133 calories a slice, how can you go wrong. I love this recipe and its great on salads, snack or in a meal of its own.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    serves 8

    1 lb ground chicken breast
    1 1/2 cup shredded carrots
    1 egg
    1/2 cup celery sliced
    1/2 cup red onion chopped
    1/2 cup ketchup
    1/4 cup bbq sauce
    2 cloves garlic chopped
    6 tsp worcheshire sauce
    1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
    1/2 red bell pepper chopped
    salt
    pepper



Directions

Mix all ingredients together and make a loaf on baking sheet. Bake on 375 for 30 min. Let cool.
Slice into 8.

Enjoy!

Also great served on a bed of Lettuce with Balsamic Vinegar.

    Very moist and flavorful. With all of the veggies, it does serve 8 (4 of us ate it and were just too stuffed)! Forgot to serve with Balsamic, but just used more BBQ sauce. - 4/3/09

  • When I made this I had a hard time with the different flavors and how they mingled. Also I baked it at 375 for 30 minutes and it wasn't fully cooked. I had hoped it would taste a little different. - 5/14/11

  • we had to cook it for longer than the recipe states. the taste was FANTASTIC!! hit with entire family. I also left the celery out. - 3/13/11
