Blender Banana Cake

Introduction

Best banana cake I ever tried...and it's actually good for you, but don't let that scare you away! Best banana cake I ever tried...and it's actually good for you, but don't let that scare you away!
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1/2 cube of butter
    1 1/2 cups of raw sugar
    2 eggs
    3 very ripe bananas
    1 tsp of real vanilla extract
    1/2 cup milk (1% is what I usually use)
    2 cups of whole wheat flour
    1/2 tsp of baking soda
    1/4 tsp of sea salt
    1/2 cup (or more) of chopped walnuts or pecans, if desired

Directions

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease cake pan or muffin pan.

Mash up banana and put in blender along with butter, sugar, eggs, bananas,milk, and vanilla. Process until blended. (Can also use mixer.)

In large bowl, mix together whole wheat flour, baking soda, and sea salt.

Add blender mixture to flour mixture and stir together well.

Add chopped walnuts or pecans, if desired.

Pour into buttered or sprayed 13 x 9 x 2 cake pan and bake 45 - 50 minutes, or pour into buttered or sprayed muffin pan (or use liners) and bake 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
