Introduction

Ingredients

    8 oz boneless skinless chicken breast, frozen
    1-10oz package frozen chopped spinach
    seasoning of choice (I used Tony Chacere's creole seasoning)

Directions

Preheat oven to 375. Pour the package of spinach into a glass baking dish. Make sure it is spread out into an even layer. Season both sides of chicken as desired and put on top of the spinach. Bake 20-25 minutes or until juices from chicken run clear.

*I served this over rice and it was delicious!*
