1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
1 bunch green onions finely chopped, only the white parts
4 eggs beaten
1 (16 ounce) package 2% cottage cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cups plain bread crumbs
sqeeze liquid out of thawed spinache and throw into a bowl with the green onions, eggs, and cheeses. Pour mixture into the prepared pan.
bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake for another 15 minutes.
