    Whole egg
    Egg Whites
    Old fashioned Quaker Oatmeal
    Whey Protein Powder/Vanilla, Baking Powder
    Unsweeten Applesauce, Pam oil spray

Directions

1 Whole egg, 3 egg whites,1/2 C oatmeal, 1 scoop protein powder, 1 tbsp applesauce, 1 tsp baking powder.
Mix all ingredients, spray griddle, add oatmeal.
