Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 pound thinly sliced skirt steak or any beef
    3 tbls soy sauce
    1 tbls rice wine vinegar
    1 tbls sesame oil
    4 gralic cloves chopped

Directions

Cut meat into thin strips, combine all ingredients in a ziplock back and marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
Cook in a skillet until desired doneness, serve with steamed veggies
