Introduction

Great Raw Food Breakfast - I call it Swamp Juice. You cannot taste the spinach at all! One variation would be to add protein powder or some superfood powdered greens for an extra boost. Great Raw Food Breakfast - I call it Swamp Juice. You cannot taste the spinach at all! One variation would be to add protein powder or some superfood powdered greens for an extra boost.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Strawberries (or any seasonal fruit)
    Banana
    Spinach
    Orange Juice
    Ice (about 6 - 8 cubes)

Directions

Blend ice cubes and orange juice together. Add in the strawberries and banana. If you wish to add protein powder or any other substitute, do this now. Last, blend in the spinach a handfull at a time. You may need to turn off the blender to stir the spinach around. This is a very filling, healthy morning wake-me-up. I drink it for breakfast every weekday morning!
