2 cabs Tuna, in Water, 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup, reduced fat 1 can Mixed Vegetables 1 small onion 2 stalks of celery 8 oz whole wheat elbow macaroni
dice onion and celery, add two cans tuna, one can mushroom soup, one can mixed vegetables and mix. Boil elbow macaroni until aldente. Mix all ingredients together, top with four slices of american cheese. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes, or until cheese bubbles and edges of the macaroni are browned. Serves six.
