Ingredients

1 12oz Package of Manischewitz Yolk Free Wide Noodles.

    1 extra large egg

3/4 cups of Kirkland Egg Starts (=3 eggs)

16 oz container of Lowfat 1% Cottage Cheese

16 oz container of Regular Sour Cream

    1 cup of Splenda

    1 stick of salted Butter

1 20 oz can of Crushed Pineapple in pineapple juice

2 cups of Kellog's Frosted Flakes

I had to enter some things numerous times in order to get accurate nutritional information for each portion. If you follow what I have written for package sizes you should be fine. ENJOY!

Directions

Boil water & cook noodles until very tender.

Drain & then toss 3/4 of the stick of butter over hot noodles in a large bowl.

Drain juice out of the crushed pineapple.

Add all the other ingredients to the noodles & butter EXCEPT the Kellog's Corn Flakes & the last
1/4 stick of butter.

Grease a 9 X13 inch baking dish and then pour
the noodle mixture in pan.

Top with the 2 Cups of Frosted Flakes, spreading fairly evenly & melt the butter that was kept aside and drizzle over the Frosted Flakes.

Preheat oven 350 degrees.

Bake 45 minutes to 60 minutes

You can serve this dish hot or cold.

Let sit a little before cutting if hot. To make 15 servings, they will be small but the calories are less & you can still enjoy this wonderful dish.

Cut into 3 lengthwise and 5 across for 15 pieces.

In another bowl mix all ingredients except Frosted Flakes
