Ingredients

    -1 can of fat-free evaporated skim milk
    -1 pinch of sugar
    -2 cups of nonfat milk
    -1 tsp cardamom
    -2 cloves
    -2 carrots, grated

Directions

In a saucepan, combine evaporated milk, sugar, nonfat milk, cardamom and cloves. Bring to a boil and cook until reduced by half, about 8 minutes. Mix constantly to avoid burning. Pour mixture over grated carrots; toss together gently and serve.
