Kale with Sesame



Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb of Kale (1 bunch)
    1 garlic clove
    2 tsp of sesame oil
    1/3 cup of water
    1 tbsp of soya soya sauce
    1 tbsp of sesame seeds

Directions

Wash Kale shake water off but don't bother to dry it.
Remove stems & discard or save for vegeatble broth
Rip or shred leaves
chop up garlic clove

In a frying pan or Wok put you sesame oil & your garlic clove. Add the water soy sauce & kale. Stir fry & Cover until the kale is wilted. add the sesame seeds stir & serve!

Super healthy & the sesame oil gives thi sdish a nice flavour.
