Introduction

This takes literally 5 minutes to prepare and is the best tasting fudge I have ever had. Of course, portion control is so important with sweets, but when just must have something rich, try this. I always use dark chips, but you can use whatever you like. This takes literally 5 minutes to prepare and is the best tasting fudge I have ever had. Of course, portion control is so important with sweets, but when just must have something rich, try this. I always use dark chips, but you can use whatever you like.
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    11.5 oz bag of Ghirardelli Bittersweet Chocolate Chips

    1 can of Non-fat Sweetened Condensed Milk

    1/2 cup of chopped walnuts

    2 tsp of vanilla extract

Directions

Line a 8 inch square pan with wax paper.

In a microwavable dish mix the chocolate chips and milk.

Microwave for 1 minute on high and then stir. Microwave 1 more minute and stir until the chips are melted. Add the vanilla and nuts and spread into the pan.

Refrigerate for 2 hours then cut into 20 squares.
