Greek Chicken Sandwiches

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces
    Ken's Steak House, Lite Caesar Salad Dressing, 2 Tbsp, 3 serving
    *Saladena Feta Cheese Crumbles, 0.25 cup
    Garlic powder, .25 tsp
    Romaine Lettuce (salad), 4 inner leaf
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia)
    Onions, raw, 1 small
    Bread, pita, whole-wheat, 4 pita, large (6-1/2" dia)


    *note...originally recipe called for greek olives, but my family omits them.

Directions

In a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray cook and stir chicken over medium heat until no longer pink. Add the dressing , cheese, olives, and garlic powder, heat through.

Line pita halves iwth lettuce, tomato, and onion; add about 1/3 cup of chicken mixture to each.
