Yummy, quick, easy and full of veggies. Yummy, quick, easy and full of veggies.
Number of Servings: 4


    Broccoli, fresh, 1.5 bunch
    Snow Peas, fresh, 1 cup
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 pkg sliced
    Ka-Me Stir-Fry Vegetables, 1 can
    Carrots, raw, 2 medium sliced or shredded
    Mung Beans, 1 cup
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup
    Your Favorite Teriyaki/Stir Fry Sauce, 6 tbsp


Makes 4 servings
Chop up all the veggies
Toss them in a hot pan or wok with the sauce until cooked to desired tenderness
