Ingredients

*Pasta, whole wheat elbows, 13.25 oz
Butter, unsalted, .25 cup
*Flour, white, .25 cup
Bongards' Reduced Fat Pasteurized Process American Cheese, 8 serving (8oz)
Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
Basil, 2 tbsp
Directions
1 - Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain.
2 - In the same pot you cooked the noodles, melt butter on med-high heat, add flour and stir until smooth, heat until bubbly.
3 - Add milk all at once and stir until smooth. Heat until bubbly stirring constantly and after bubbly, stir 1 more minute until thickens. Add black pepper and basil to your liking. Cayene pepper, paprika, oregano, etc are also good in this too. Depends on your mood.
4 - Add chunks of cheese, remove from heat, stir until cheese is melted.
5 - Add cooked noodles and stir until mixed well.
