Ingredients

Wonton wrappers (includes egg roll wrappers), 48 wrapper, wonton (3-1/2" square)
Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 5 oz - prepared with taco seasoning, as liked
Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1/3 cup
Onions, raw, 1/3cup, chopped
Pace Chunky Medium Salsa, 1/3 cup
Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1/2 cup, shredded
Directions
Makes 48.
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Grease a cookie sheet with calorie free spray.
Mix the cooked and prepared turkey, salsa & shredded cheese together in a bowl.
Take one wonton wrapper and with your finger, dab a small amount of water along the edges of the wonton wrapper.
Place a small amount of the turkey filling in the middle of the wonton (should be approximately the size of a dime).
Fold the wonton wrapper in half, sealing at the edges. Then fold the wonton in half again, and seal two corners together with a small amount of water.
Place on cookie sheet (although I ended up doing mine in muffin tins and it worked out well).
