Ingredients

    1 Large Sweet Potato (2 small)
    1/2 Large Sweet Onion
    10-12 Baby Carrots
    Olive Oil (.75-1 TBS)
    Garlic Salt
    Pepper

Directions

Roast for approximately 35 minutes in a 425 degree oven.
