Chicken Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients

16 oz chicken breast, chopped or shredded into bites
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 28oz can green chile sauce
1 medium/large onion, chopped
5 cloves garlic, chopped or minced
12 corn tortillas
4 cups shredded cheddar
Directions
Boil your chicken, cut into bits or shred
Chop your onion and garlic
Combine chile sauce, soup, onion, garlic, chicken and cheese (reserving some for topping), salt and pepper if you like and mix well.
Lightly spray tortillas with pam or other cooking spray, place on cookie sheet and bake in oven for 5-7 minutes. Watch closely! Don't let these burn!!!
Once those are done, lightly spray your casserole dish with pam. Place 6 tortillas in the bottom of your dish. Cover with 2/3 of your mixture. Layer other 6 tortillas on top. Cover with remaining mixture and top with reserved cheddar.
Bake at 350 until heated through, approx 45 minutes.
Delicious with home made refried beans and a big salad.
