Ingredients

    2 C. Steal cut oats
    1 C. Fiber One cereal
    ½ C. Flax Seed
    1 C. Protein powder
    ½ C. Wheat germ
    ½ C. Shredded Coconut
    1 C. trail mix
    1 C. Peanut butter reduced fat
    ½ C. Honey

Directions

Mix very well
Glass pan sprayed with Pam, press into the pan and refrigerate
