Ingredients

1 lbs round steak cut into very thin strips
6 tblsp for dusting
3 tblsp oil for cooking
MARINADE
1 egg white lightly beaten
2 tblsp water
1 tblsp corn starch
SAUCE
4 TBLSP WATER
2 TBLSP SUGAR
2 TBLSP EQUAL
3 TBLSP KETCHUP
2 TBLSP VINEGAR
1/4 TSP CRUSHED RED PEPPER
2 TSP CORN STARCH
VEGETABLES
1 red bell pepper diced
1 green bell pepper diced
1 meduim onion sliced
1 tsp garlic ( equals 1 garlic clove) minced
Directions
cut beef into thin strips combine in bowl marinade ingredients and add beef marinate 15-20 minutes
mix up all sauce ingredients and place in fridge until needed
remove meat from marinate and drain and coat using 6 Tblsp corn starch and dust beef heat oil in pan and in batches cook beef until crispy
drain on paper towel
using same wok or frying pan spray with cooking spray and cook veggies until tender crisp along with garlic about 3 minutes set aside
pour sauce in pan and heat until boiling add beef and veggies to sauce and coat
serve with rice or asian noodles ( does add additional calories)
