Introduction

If you are looking for a "treat" that is low calorie and low fat, look no further! This will satisfy your sweet tooth plus, lots of fiber and protein too! If you are looking for a "treat" that is low calorie and low fat, look no further! This will satisfy your sweet tooth plus, lots of fiber and protein too!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 small apple of your choice, peeled and sliced
    1 tsp cinnamon
    2 tsp brown sugar
    15 raisins (opt)
    1/4 C oats
    I can't believe it's not butter spray

Directions

Peel apple and slice. Place in small frying pan. Add cinnamon, brown sugar, raisins if desired and spray w/ I can't believe it's not butter (5 pumps). When apples are tender, remove from pan and add oats. Mix well and enjoy! Directions are for 1 serving.
