Wild Turkey  Salad

Introduction

Great for a sandwich or put in a tomato and eat plain. Low calories and good for you since it is wild game and is leaner meat. Great for a sandwich or put in a tomato and eat plain. Low calories and good for you since it is wild game and is leaner meat.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    6-7 ounces of cooked turkey- chopped fine or ground
    1 1/2 stalks of celery- chopped fine
    1/4 c onion, chopped fine
    6 TB of miracle whip

Directions

Cook turkey and cool. Remove meat. Mix all ingredients together and prepare on bread, pita, tomato or whatever suits you.

I like to throw all ingredients in a food processor together and chop fine and then mix miracle whip with it. Less mess and easier.

Makes approximately 8 servings of 1/4 c each.
