2 Cod Fillets, frozen
3 oz cooked shrimp, tails removed, frozen
1 can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilis, undrained
1 pkg taco seasoning
Directions
place shrimp and cod in slow cooker.
mix tomatoes and taco seasoning in seperate bowl, pour over fish and shrimp.
cook on low 6-8 hours until fish is cooked.
serve on tortillas, with lettuce, tomato, low fat cheese.
