Ham N Cheese Calzones

Introduction

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 can Pillsbury refrigerated pizza crust, thin crust
    24 slices Honey Ham (shaved or sliced very thin)
    1 c. shredded 2% cheese, either cheddar or colby-jack
    1/4 c. fat free ranch dressing
    1 tomato, cut into slices

Directions

Heat oven to 400. Unroll pizza dough on lightly floured surface. Pat dough out to form large rectangle. Cut into 6ths. Top dough with ham. Mix dressing & cheese. Spread on ham. Top with tomatoes. Fold each rectangle in half and seal edges with a fork. Put on baking sheet.

Bake 16 - 18 minutes.

Makes 6 calzones.

  • very good and easy, had some problems with the dough, but next time i will know how to do it. Even the kids liked it!!! I would however put the cheese/ranch mixture directly on the dough so you have some on all the dough when cooked! Will definately make again, great weeknight recipe. Thanks! - 2/4/10
