IntroductionSo easy, you won't believe it!! So easy, you won't believe it!!
6 Green onions, chopped
2 tsp Canola Oil
2 Potato, diced
1 Cauliflower, chopped
4 cups Chicken Broth
1 tsp Thyme, ground
Cook for about 40 minutes, then puree.
Serve, and enjoy!
Makes about 5 servings of 1 cup
For a littlte more texture and taste, sprinkle some grated strong cheddar in each bowl before serving.
