Weight Watcher's Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Introduction

Asian chicken lettuce wraps from ww cookbook "Shortcuts" Asian chicken lettuce wraps from ww cookbook "Shortcuts"
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 lb chicken breast strips
    10 oz shredded carrot
    1/4 cup onion, chopped
    Squirt of Thai chilli sauce
    Table Spoon of Thai Red Curry paste
    1 garlic clove, chopped

Directions

Add all the ingredients to large pan/wok, cook, with stirring, at medium high heat until chicken is cooked through.

Spoon mixture into lettuce leaves to eat (lettuce not included in nutrition calculation.
