Solais Tuna Noodle Casserole

Ingredients

    3 stalks celery, diced
    1 mediu onion, diced
    2 cloves garlic, diced
    1 T olive oil
    6 oz whole wheat rotini, cooked
    1 can Albacore tuna in water
    1 can Healthy Choice cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup shredded cheese

Directions

Saute onions, celery, garlic, in olive oil.

Mix together all ingredients in a casserole, top with cheese, and bake in a 375 oven for 30 mins or utnil cheese on top is bubbly and lightly browned.

Makes 4-6 servings.

  • I am not a fan of a lot of onion and this recipe seemed VERY onion-heavy. I know I could have adjusted the onion, but I wanted to try the recipe as it was. If I ever make it again, I would take out the onion completely, or add onion salt. Other than that, it was ok. - 1/8/09

  • I just made this for lunch and to freeze/fridge the leftovers. It was very delicous and easy to prepare. The celery and onions make it savory and taste really hearty and slow cooked. I used a big can of tuna, so mine was a little higher in calories, but I think next time I might use less cheese. - 12/14/08
