Crock-Pot Spaghetti

Ingredients

    8 oz - extra lean ground white turkey
    1/2 medium onion - chopped
    1 15 oz can - Tomato Sauce
    1.5 cups - v-8 Spicy Hot
    1 6.5 oz can - sliced mushrooms
    1 tsp - Italian Seasoning
    6 oz - Whole Wheat Spaghetti
    1/4 cup - grated Parmesean Cheese

Directions

Cook meat in a skillet over medium heat. In a slow cooker combine browned meat, onion, garlic, tomato sauce, tomato juice, mushrooms, and Italian seasoning. Add uncooked spaghetti and Parmesan cheese. Mix well to combine. Cover and cook on LOW for 4-6 hours. Mix well before serving.
